Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products purchased from Full Circle Energy and Wellness Services through our website, online booking platform, or in person. All sales are final. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to this no‑refund policy.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our energy and wellness offerings and physical products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Missed appointments or no‑shows

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results or personal experience

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Changes of mind

2. Energy & Wellness Services 

  • All booked sessions are non‑refundable.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.

  • Appointments canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at our discretion; however, no refunds will be issued.

  • Appointments canceled late or missed entirely will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Physical Products 

  • All physical product sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for energy pouches or related items, including for reasons related to energetic integrity, hygiene, or personal preference.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement for the affected item. Refunds will not be issued.

5. Digital Products and Gift Cards

  • All digital products, downloadable materials, and gift cards are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

  • Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Energetic Disclaimer

All Reiki services, energy work, and energy pouches are offered for personal wellness and spiritual support only. Results are subjective and vary from person to person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed, and refunds are not provided based on perceived effectiveness or results.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
