Service Description

Reiki Level 1 Training is an introductory course that teaches the foundations of energy healing. Students learn the history and principles of Reiki, how to connect with universal life force energy, and how to perform self-healing and basic hands-on treatments for others. The training includes an attunement process to activate the ability to channel energy, along with guidance on hand positions, grounding techniques, and developing awareness of energy flow. By the end of the course, participants are equipped to practice Reiki on themselves as well as offer sessions to friends
